Hi everyone,
I mentioned a paper about Ashraf's research. Attached please find a paper about "content sponsoring", i.e., charging the content provider instead of viewers who are reluctant to use 3G/4G networks due to their fears of rather untraceable mobile charge. The rationale is simple:
1. end users will view more content
2. content provider will generate more advertising revenue
3. telcos will be paid by the content providers
The interaction is captured by a Stackelberg game, which seems quite suitable for this case of interaction for existential competition.
